JP joined Exerbotics in early 2010 because he saw the potential for groundbreaking leaps in a traditionally stagnant segment of the fitness industry. Prior to joining Exerbotics, JP led commercial strength product development teams for Hammer Strength and Life Fitness.

Clay brings unrivaled experience in strength product design and manufacturing. Clay began his career working side-by-side with industry legend Arthur Jones in the early days of Nautilus. Clay has over 30 years engineering strength products for industry leading brands including Nautilus, MedX, Hammer Strength and Life Fitness.

Harry Safford University Hospitals of Cleveland's 1-2-1 Fitness & Wellness Center in Cleveland, OH for 15 years, Harry led a first class organization that set the bar for medical fitness and wellness. Prior to this he was an Account Executive for Diversified Health Club Services (formerly Nautilus of California) in Santa Barbara, CA. Harry started his Health & Fitness career as General Manager and Director of Health Club Operations for California Recreational Sevices (DBA Sequia Athletic Clubs) based in Irvine CA.
